"I contacted this office to add a new vehicle to my insurance policy. Brandi then asked if the vehicle was for my daughter. I repeatedly informed her that it was not, but she continued to suggest adding my daughter to the policy, even after I stated that she would not be driving the vehicle. I am unsure if Brandi was motivated by a potential commission, but I believe it is essential for Brandi to listen carefully to customers and avoid interrupting them."
